Join us at RPCo for our first workshop series in 2017 – Pilates for Runners.

This 12 week program will take you through specifically designed exercises designed to improve performance, complement your training, assist with injury prevention and reduce recovery time and pain.

Our highly trained instructors will tailor each class to work on muscle groups that we know can be niggly, tired or underactive over many weeks of training and kilometres on the road.  Classes will work on activating and supporting correct muscle movement and posture.  You’ll also get an opportunity to do some much needed dynamic stretching and muscle release too.

Your 12 week speciality program starts on Tuesday 30 May at 7:30pm. The cost for the 12 sessions is $280.
