The intro class is a MUST for all new clients.
This class is 60 minutes and provides you with the essential safety and operational information and also starts you on your Pilates principles and techniques.
After the intro class you’ll be ready for any of our open level classes.
A whole body workout designed using the reformer machine. A series of exercises that uses spring resistance and props to develop core strength, improve posture, mobility and flexibility. You will definitely feel all of your muscles!
Working against your own body weight you will be guided through a series of exercises designed to challenge your body awareness and ability to control balance and flexibility. Our matwork classes can incorporate a range of pilates equipment and packages include access to yoga.
Take your regular reformer class to a whole new level! This class uses the jumpboard to give you a cardio boost. You’ll feel legs, butt and abs during this 60 minute workout.
BUT, that doesn’t mean we won’t work the rest of your body – come and see how your RPCo Instructor can get you moving with the jumpboard by trying one of these great classes.
This class is designed to build on the fundamentals of Pilates. You’ll get to use all of the pilates equipment and accessories and really get to understand the Pilates principles and techniques.
This class is also great for anyone recovering from injury or for any client looking to get back to basics in a slower paced class.
Designed for over 55s, this class focuses on mobility and strength and endurance. Don’t let the age group fool you – these guys are STRONG!
This is another great level class for anyone recovering from surgery or injury and even post-natal clients.
After an hour with one of the Reformed Instructors in this class, you’ll leave lighter, leaner and possibly feeling a little taller!
We’ll stretch muscles you never knew existed.
This is a great class to add to your Pilates schedule as it will also give you tips and tricks to take into your regular practice and daily life.
Being pregnant can be hard enough without having to worry about what exercises are safe to do!!
We will design specialised pregnancy classes, limited to a maximum of 8 participants so that we can focus on your individual needs. Our pregnancy classes will still be challenging and you will definitely feel like you’ve got a workout.
We will focus on all those areas of the body that need the most attention (think abs, arms and butts) and also ensure that we realign any imbalances from carrying multiple kids and all the shopping!
This class is perfect for anyone looking to spend some time on themselves and at 7:30pm it’s perfect for getting those little people into bed first!
Our private pilates is offered in both the group room and the clinical studio.
These classes are perfect if you are looking to work on something specific, or have a particular condition that would benefit from a tailored program each week.
