Class Info

A whole body workout designed using the reformer machine.  A series of exercises that uses spring resistance and props to develop core strength, improve posture, mobility and flexibility.  You will definitely feel all of your muscles!

Working against your own body weight you will be guided through a series of exercises designed to challenge your body awareness and ability to control balance and flexibility. Our matwork classes can incorporate a range of pilates equipment and are suitable for all levels. Matwork can sometimes be one of the most challenging classes!

Designed for over 55s, this class focuses on mobility, strength and endurance. Don’t let the age group fool you – these guys are STRONG!

This is another great level class for anyone recovering from surgery or injury and even post-natal clients.

Welcome to our 6 week course that introduces you to the foundations of Pilates exercises using the reformer.

Taught more as an educational session rather than a normal flowing class, each week will focus on several different exercises with the how to and the why.

Each class will allow the time to ask questions, learn different modifications for your condition, injury or pregnancy and make sure you gain the understanding of the basics. We will also progress to intermediate exercises in a slow controlled manner so we can prepare you for an open level class.

WHEN: Most Saturday’s at 10am – starting 27th March

Our clinical studio pilates is offered as a Private 1:1 session where you work individually with the instructor or a Semi-Private 1:2 where you will share the session with a friend or if we have someone else looking to share, we will do our best to partner you up with someone.

These classes are perfect if you are looking to work on something specific, or have a particular condition that would benefit from an individualised program each week.

A small group 1:3 session is available upon request if you and two others are wanting a more intimate group class to our standard reformer or matwork classes.
