Starting Pilates can be a little overwhelming but our friendly classes, with a maximum of 8 people is a great place to start.
The best way to start your Pilates journey is to purchase our Introductory Package. You can do this by clicking on the Buy Now button at the bottom of this section.
This package is $99 and includes 8 group classes of your choice. If you would prefer to start with clinical or small group pilates, please contact our office.
You must complete the intro class if you have no prior Pilates experience before any of your other 7 classes as the intro class provides you with all the necessary safety and technique information as well as giving you your first taste of some of the exercises and what to expect from your first class. If you have done Pilates before but not recently, please feel free to start in either our Reformer Beginners class or one of our Mobility classes which is at a slower pace.
If you are looking for clinical pilates sessions we will schedule you a private consultation with one of our practitioners. This initial assessment will include a full history, postural assessment and muscle testing to ensure we can tailor a workout especially for your body. After this consult, we will discuss with you the best way to continue with us in the clinical setting, either with additional private, semi-private or small group sessions.

The intro classes currently run most weeks on Sundays at 11am and you must book into one of these classes once you’ve purchased your package if you have no prior Pilates experience. If you cannot attend this time, you may arrange a private introductory class, however these are charged at the private hourly rate. For this information, please see the Pricing & Packages section of our website.
You can then use the remaining 7 classes for any of our group classes on the timetable. You should go ahead and book these classes as soon as you have purchased your introductory pack so that you can get into your preferred timeslot. Our classes fill quickly so you can always add yourself to the waitlist. By ensuring your account notifications are turned on, you will receive an automated text message notifying you if you have been added to the class. You can also check in before the class starts to see if a last minute spot has become available.
Once you’ve completed the intro class, you will be ready to join any of our regular classes. This includes matwork and reformer classes which sometimes may feature props such as a jump board for that extra cardio workout, foam roller for stretch and release or an extra balance challenge and plenty more!
